TERMS AND CONDITIONS — SRL (COMMERCIAL SERVICES) 1. Operator The commercial services on this site (experiences, corporate packages, services, events, shop) are operated by S.C. ZDR DIGITAL MARKET CONCEPT S.R.L., company ID (CUI) RO44172784, trade register no. J40/7472/2021, headquartered at Str. Cuțitul de Argint nr. 68, Sector 4, Bucharest, 040558, Romania. 2. Orders and bookings Bookings for experiences, services and events, as well as shop orders, are completed through the Stripe payment platform. Prices and availability are those displayed on the site at the time of the order. Booking/order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. 3. Payments Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Invoices are issued by S.C. ZDR DIGITAL MARKET CONCEPT S.R.L. 4. Right of withdrawal Under Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, distance-purchased products generally carry a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. For leisure services tied to a specific date or period (experiences, events), the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 16 let. l of OG 34/2014); cancellation/rescheduling conditions are communicated at booking. 5. Participation in experiences Drift experiences (Drift Taxi, Track Day etc.) involve activities with the specific risks of motorsport. Participants must follow the team's instructions and circuit rules. The operator reserves the right to refuse participation in case of dangerous behaviour or intoxication. 6. Limitation of liability The operator's liability is limited to the value of the purchased service, except where the law provides otherwise. 7. Complaints Complaints can be sent to the contact details on the Contact page. Consumers may also contact ANPC — the directorate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR). 8. Governing law These terms are governed by Romanian law.
