TERMS AND CONDITIONS — ASSOCIATION (NGO) 1. Operator This section of the site (community, donations, Form 230, sponsorship) is operated by ASOCIAȚIA CLUBUL SPORTIV STRIKE BACK, tax ID (CIF) 45607593, a non-profit entity. Full identification details are shown in the site footer. 2. Purpose The association promotes motorsport and the Romanian drift community: information, events, competitions, media content and non-profit funding programmes. 3. Donations Donations to the association are voluntary and non-refundable, and are used exclusively for the association's statutory purposes. The budget and fund allocation are published on the Transparency page. 4. Form 230 Romanian individual taxpayers may redirect 3.5% of their income tax to the association via Form 230, by the legal deadline of 25 May. Requests submitted through the site are processed by the association; the details needed for the official form are available on the Form 230 page (pre-filled PDF sheet). 5. Sponsorship Companies may sponsor the association with tax benefits under the Romanian Fiscal Code (tax credit, subject to legal conditions). A sponsorship contract is issued for each sponsorship, generated automatically with the full details of both parties. The calculator on the Sponsorship page is informative; the exact tax benefit should be confirmed with the sponsor's accountant. 6. Site content Texts, images and materials published belong to the association or are used under licence. News aggregated from external sources is marked with its source and published only as a summary, linking to the original. 7.
