Fleet usage rules
DRIFTHUB FLEET USAGE RULES
1. Who can book
Fleet access is reserved for members with an active subscription, according to the plans shown on the Memberships page. Bookings are made exclusively from the member account, on the Account page.
2. Booking rules
Access rules per plan (number of bookings per month, vehicles available for each plan) are those displayed on the Fleet page and in the member account at the time of booking. Certain vehicles may be reserved exclusively for higher-tier plans.
3. Pick-up and return
The pick-up address and available time slots are those shown on the Fleet page and/or communicated at booking confirmation. Identity and a valid driving licence are checked at pick-up. The vehicle is returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition as received.
4. Mandatory conduct
Driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances is strictly forbidden. Drift cars may only be used in authorised locations (circuits, paddocks, events) — never on public roads unless the vehicle is registered and road-legal. The member is liable for all fines and penalties arising from their use.
5. Incidents and damage
Any incident, damage or malfunction must be reported from the member account (incident report) immediately or at the latest upon vehicle return. Based on the report, a repair estimate is issued and the cost of damage caused by negligence or breach of these rules is invoiced to the member via a proforma invoice. Failing to declare damage found at return leads to suspension of fleet access.
6. Usage agreement
On the first booking, the member accepts the current version of this agreement, displayed in the account. When the rules change, the new version is published on this page and must be accepted in the account before the next booking.
7. Suspension
DriftHub may suspend fleet access for: breach of these rules, undeclared damage, unpaid proforma invoices or dangerous behaviour. Suspension does not affect other membership benefits, except in repeated severe cases.
